An effective internet listing will show the property, list it in local and national search engines, and allow prospective buyers to ask questions about and receive information about the property.
 
In a fast moving market, the internet allows virtually instant communication between me and my clients. This allows me to get better information to my clients more quickly than was ever possible before - and the information can be transferred at less expense and in full color.
